Chewing and walking

I like to get a mouth full of food and then walk around the couch chewing and munching on it. Then, when my beard is nice and gooey and wet, I go request that my people pet me. I don't know why. I just do.

The AKC breed rankings are out today, and we spinoni are ranked No. 117! That makes us more popular than dogs like Affenpinschers, Tibetan mastiffs, curly coated retrievers and pharoah hounds.

Running for Oatmeal

It's me and the big guy running a 5 kilometer race at the Oatmeal Festival in Lafayette, Colo., earlier today. We covered the course in the cold sunshine in about 32 and a half minutes. We would've been faster, but there was so much territory since last time to mark it slowed me down. I saw Patches and Amigo, but I still didn't get any oatmeal.

Winter quiet
