Presenting the Shoe

When my people come back from being gone for any length of time, be it 10 minutes or two hours, it's important protocol to present the shoe upon their return. It's a small, simple ceremony in which I display one of their misplaced foot coverings and parade for a few minutes until they acknowledge the presenting of the shoe. The pomp has evolved since I was merely a shoe redistribution agent. On occasion, a sneaker ends up out of doors. This is normally a heinous breech of protocol and often results in an amusing chase, but today it provoked a case of displeasure-slowing charm, and I got away with it.

Terry-All Day Two

Here's me and that nice lady in the car after today's show in Brighton, where I happened to win best of breed again. Now I'm going to sleep the rest of the day.

Terry-All Day One

Here I am in Brighton this morning, where I won best of breed and met some nice people from Denver who are getting their own spinone in a few days. We go again tomorrow! I like this picture because I have spooky eyes: ooooOOOOoooo!

Showtime!

My press agent suggests that I tell my faithful readers ("dog's best friends") that my people are taking me to a dog show this weekend. You can see me live, in canine, at the Adams County Fairgrounds just south of Brighton, Colo., on Saturday in ring 10 at 11:10 a.m. and on Sunday in ring 9 at 9:50 a.m.
