Meeting Kristen

So I'm minding my own business in the kitchen of the house I live in Charles City, Iowa, with Terry on the banks of the Cedar River, and this couple comes in and sits on the floor of the kitchen for an hour. They play with me and my three brothers and four sisters, and my mom, Moss, keeps a wary eye on them. They play with all of us, and I finally realize what they're doing here, so I act cute. And I stay close to them. They are Kristen and Eric. I like them. And then they leave.
