Rico... I saw Rico...

I went to Denver today again and I saw Rico! Rico! Rico! Rico! Rico was there, sitting in the camp. I only saw him for a moment, and we didn't get to run around a field or anything fun like that, but man oh man, I still got to see him. Sweeeet!

Blue and stripey ribbons

So I did better yesterday at Denver, winning the open dog category and taking the white and purple reserve winners ribbon. I'm not sure what that means, but they're taking me back to Denver again this afternoon. This morning I've been trying to go outside, but it's too cold to stand out in the snow. My sister dogs won't stay out with me so. So I have to come back in again. Sigh. (Oh, and if I didn't spell 'stripey' correctly up there, forgive me: I'm a dog.)

Shoe redistribution

It's so cold and snowy outside that my people won't let me go there to play, giving me so much more time to channel and focus my energy into one of my indoor hobbies: household footwear redistribution, which is what I do as a diligent chief shoe redistribution agent. When that work slows down, I've been working on my secondary hobby: pillow shaking.

A red ribbon @ Denver's day one

That means second place. It sure was fun seeing all the old gang. My people are sick, though, so I didn't get to be too close to anyone. Maybe tomorrow.

Denver dog show

So it's been a long time since those people I live with made me get up and run around in circles in the dog show ring, but since they've been making me stand and look charming the last few days, I sense something is up. And yep, sure enough, today they told me I'm going to Denver tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday to get up and run arond in circles in the dog show ring. We go at 10 a.m. tomorrow, at 2:25 p.m. on Saturday and at 1:55 p.m. on Sunday. Ring 17 each time, at the National Western Complex. Maybe I'll see you there. Woof!

Loooooouie

So I was carefully watching the Westminster Dog Show last night, keeping an eye on the Hounds, while my people were lounging around on the couch, and what did my wandering eyes see but my Otterhound friend Louie who lives here in Greeley.

Louie! Louie was on tv right there in my living room because he was named best in breed at Westminster, and was trotting around the ring in the Hound group. Wow! I know Louie!

And here's the Spinoni who won Westminster.
